Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AutoVAT website, account system, downloads, desktop application access, updates, support tools, and related services operated by NMAN CREATIVE LLC. By creating an account, accepting the terms prompt, purchasing AutoVAT, downloading AutoVAT, or using the desktop application with an AutoVAT account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use AutoVAT or create an account.
Use of AutoVAT
AutoVAT provides website accounts, verified-account downloads, update checks, support tools, trial access, paid desktop application access, and related services for the AutoVAT tool. You must create or use an account, verify your email when required, maintain a valid login session, and comply with these terms to use account-based, trial, or licensed features.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials, email account, Google account, Discord account, desktop device, and any session tokens stored by the desktop application. You must provide accurate account information and may not attempt to access another user's account or license.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of local AutoVAT settings, including project paths, engine paths, UEFN bridge settings, and any locally stored session or license metadata.
Desktop Application Access
The AutoVAT desktop application may require a verified account, valid login session, current client version information, trial usage availability, and completed AutoVAT purchase for paid features. Access may be denied if an account is unverified, unpaid for paid features, trial-limited, disabled, deleted, expired for a requested paid update, or otherwise not in good standing.
The desktop app may contact AutoVAT servers to validate your session, check license status, check trial bake availability, record successful bake usage, check update eligibility, download eligible update packages, start checkout, or submit and retrieve support tickets.
Trial Access
Verified unpaid accounts may download AutoVAT and complete a limited trial of 4 successful single bakes before purchase. Bulk baking and unlimited baking require a paid AutoVAT license.
Trial usage is limited by both account and a private hashed IP bucket so repeated account creation from the same connection does not reset the trial. Only successful single bakes count against the trial. Failed or cancelled bakes do not intentionally reduce the trial count.
Purchases, License, and Updates
AutoVAT is offered as a one-time purchase unless a different purchase offer is clearly shown at checkout. Purchase status is tied to the AutoVAT account used at checkout or to the account where a Fab order is manually verified.
A purchase includes a perpetual license to use AutoVAT copies that you downloaded or were otherwise provided during the included update window, subject to these terms. The public pricing page currently describes one year of free updates. When that update window ends, you may keep using those downloaded or provided copies for as long as you want, but access to newer updates may require renewed eligibility, a new purchase, or another offer if made available.
AutoVAT may use your account purchase timestamp, release dates, release metadata, and client version to decide which desktop package your account is eligible to download.
Purchases made through Stripe are processed by Stripe. Purchases made through Fab may require manual order ID submission and administrator review before an AutoVAT license is attached to your account. Purchase, refund, chargeback, and dispute handling may depend on the purchase platform, support review, these terms, and applicable law.
Support and Bug Tickets
You may submit bug reports or support messages through AutoVAT. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit passwords, secrets, private keys, payment card details, or sensitive project files unless support specifically requests them and you are comfortable sharing them.
AutoVAT may store support ticket content, app version, message history, notification preferences, timestamps, and administrator replies to provide support and operate the service.
User Content and Local Projects
AutoVAT is designed to process your model files, VAT files, project files, exports, editor integrations, and engine project paths locally on your computer. You retain responsibility for your project files, backups, export destinations, engine projects, third-party assets, and any content you choose to process, export, submit, or share.
You represent that you have the rights needed to use any files, models, animations, textures, names, or other content you process with AutoVAT, and that your use of AutoVAT will not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
Third-Party Services and Software
AutoVAT may interact with or link to third-party services and software, including Google, Discord, Stripe, Fab, Amazon SES or other email providers, Unreal Engine, UEFN, Unity, Godot, and other tools or platforms. Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, licenses, fees, account requirements, or technical restrictions.
References to Unreal Engine, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), Unity, Godot, or similar tools describe compatibility or integrations only. AutoVAT is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Epic Games, Unity Technologies or its affiliates, or the Godot Foundation. Unreal, Unreal Engine, Unreal Editor for Fortnite, UEFN, and Fortnite are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Unity is a trademark or registered trademark of Unity Technologies or its affiliates in the U.S. and elsewhere. Godot and Godot Engine are trademarks of the Godot Foundation. Third-party file formats, libraries, and included desktop components, including Alembic where applicable, may be covered by notices shipped with the desktop application.
AutoVAT does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, behavior, terms, or data practices.
Acceptable Use
You may not abuse registration, payment, downloads, trial limits, support, update checks, or account systems; attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, version eligibility, rate limits, usage limits, or access controls; interfere with service operation; probe or attack the website or APIs; submit false Fab order claims; misuse support channels; share account sessions; or use AutoVAT for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity.
Admin Actions
We may take reasonable administrative actions needed to operate, secure, and support AutoVAT, including managing accounts, purchases, releases, support requests, and service communications.
Availability
AutoVAT may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue website features, desktop features, update delivery, downloads, integrations, support tools, pricing, or availability at any time. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every project, compatibility with every engine version, or continued availability of any specific release package.
Intellectual Property
AutoVAT, the website, desktop application, branding, documentation, interface, code, and related materials are owned by NMAN CREATIVE LLC or its licensors, except for third-party components and assets that are provided under their own notices or licenses. You may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or make AutoVAT available to others except as permitted by your license and applicable law.
Third-party notices included with AutoVAT are provided for transparency and do not grant additional rights beyond the applicable third-party license terms.
No Warranty
AutoVAT is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMAN CREATIVE LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, reliability, accuracy, compatibility, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMAN CREATIVE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; lost projects; engine or editor issues; business interruption; or costs of substitute goods or services arising from or related to AutoVAT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMAN CREATIVE LLC's total liability for any claim related to AutoVAT will not exceed the amount you paid directly to NMAN CREATIVE LLC for AutoVAT during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Continued use of AutoVAT after changes means you accept the updated terms for your continued use.
